Ginger Chocolate Chunk Blondies

I made these for my husband’s birthday today =) Him and his friends ate the entire batch in one sitting they were so good! (Ok I helped too) From the Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook. My husband loves ginger, so instead of plain chocolate I made these with dark chocolate bars that contained crystallized ginger. Unfortunately the ginger was hard to taste, maybe next time I’ll add some into the mix as well.
