Banana Cream Fruit Parfaits

Using the same banana cream as in my Chocolate Island Pie, I put together these fruit and granola parfaits.

It was hard to find a granola that was both vegan and gluten-free, but I ended up Nature’s Path Organic Hemp Plus Granola. I used slightly thawed frozen berries to make this a great treat on such a hot day, but fresh berries will work just fine too.
