Recreating old favorites to be vegan and gluten-free

Everyone knows these, right?

Like pretty much everyone ever, I loved these. And I have found a way to make something that tastes just like them!

The format is different (ie no actual cone) but I think the taste is there. Vanilla ice cream topped with rice Chex cereal, Reese’s peanut butter sauce, and chocolate fudge sauce. It’s close enough for me!

    Tofuline and some Italian brand (I wanna say Valsoia?) make premade ice cream cones like that, too. Don’t know if they’re gluten-free or available stateside, though.
